Steffen Behrens started off his career with a small, German project freight forwarder called Hansa Meyer Global Transport in Hamburg, Germany, where he did an apprenticeship and completed his university studies. Having spent a few years in DB Schenker in Shanghai, China, he moved on to Dubai in the UAE, where he held the position of the Regional Projects Manager for Africa and Middle East for DB Schenker. At the beginning of 2017, Steffen joined deugro in a Regional role, before he took over resposibility for the offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
